Yoga and meditation has been a part of Michelle’s life for over 15 years, and has been the saving grace through more than one challenging life experiences. She uses this knowledge and gift to inspire her students to keep pushing forward and to believe in the strength and beauty of every breath, and every moment of every day. Yoga inspires her to live each moment more mindfully and to cultivate happiness and joy with whoever she meets.

Michelle is an E-RYT 500, certified through many schools, including Yoga For Life, a Kripalu inspired program, Fluid Yoga and is also a student of Mark Stephens, one of Northern California’s most influential teachers. She lives life as a student first and is so deeply grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers have shared with her.

 

Michelle’s classes, combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. She will hug the cranky out of you, let you move to your own groove and then send you on your way to share this blissful feeling with the world.
